WHY KUNDALINI YOGA AND CREATIVE WRITING?
When we are being creative we become more present, absorbed but also comfortable and relaxed . But for many of us, to get to that state of flow we have to be rid of self judgements, the criticisms we have internalised from a world which has commodified creativity and made it something for experts.
How Yoga helps
By bringing our awareness to our bodies, moving, changing our breathing and observing the effects, we relax and let go of our fears. This give us the energy and openness to welcome our ideas and shape them.
Potential for healing
As we become more absorbed and present in our activities we become more balanced and are able to examine our thoughts and experiences from new perspectives. This is empowering and enables greater self acceptance.
